WHO I AM
I am a young mom of 2 who became a doula in 2023. After my second birth and experience working in the hospital, I realized that putting myself in birth work is where I was meant to be. I have lived in St. Lucie County for over 10 years and helping my town grow with new families is what I am here for.
I believe in the transformative power of nurturing care during this sacred time in your life. Sunrise Package

It’s short and sweet.
I will be accompanying you through your pregnancy and help coach you during your birth virtually.
These are for the parents who feel secure and just want family during their birth experience. I will be supporting you through your prenatal journey.
Includes:
- 2 in-person prenatal’s
- 24/7 assistance through text/call
- 1 in-person postpartum visit
- extra visit: $30 per visit
Sunbeam Package

It's right in the middle.
I will be accompanying you through your pregnancy and birth virtually and you will have access to extra goodies to help with your postpartum journey.
Includes:
- 3 in-person prenatal’s
- 24/7 assistance through text/call
- 2 in-person postpartum visits
- 6-week childbirth & infant feeding course by BEST Doula’s
- Lactation and postpartum goodies
Sunset Package
$2,500
Everything mom needs!
This package will help will help with mothers’ prenatal and postpartum needs. I offer extra postpartum care as well as a 6-week course and a postpartum care box.
Includes:
- 2 in-person prenatal’s
- 24/7 assistance through text/call
- 1 initial 2-hour postpartum visit
- Pregnancy nourishment
- Postpartum care box
- 40 hours of postpartum care
- 6-week childbirth education & infant feeding course
Short-term Postpartum
$40/hr
Short-term postpartum care will include a single virtual prenatal meeting to understand where you are at. This might be for you if you don’t need any extra long-term postpartum help but just want me to come take a look and answer any questions you may have. This includes up to 1-3 postpartum visits concluding 1-2 hours each.
Long-term Postpartum Package
$30/hr
Starting at $1,200
We will schedule a prenatal consultation to discuss your postpartum needs and stay in touch until the birth of your baby. This package starts at 40 hours and the client may add more hours if they wish for an additional cost.
This is where I will help mom with feeding the baby, light housekeeping, postpartum nourishment and education, emotional support, sitz baths, and mental health support for both parents.
(more than 20 mile radius results in additional $/hr)
The minimum of daytime hours : 3 hours
the minimum of overnight hours: 7 hours
Registry
$70
I will assist mom in creating a well-planned registry for baby/mom products using Babylist or any registry platform of mom’s choosing and help recommend safe products
You will have access to my services from the moment of hire to end of pregnancy.
Nesting Prep
$300
I will assist Mom in arranging her nursery!
I will help sort clothes, set up the changing station and feeding station, build your crib, and give feedback on decor in the baby’s nursery!
This is for you if you need that extra hand. I will be with you for 3-4 hours and if an extra day is needed, we can discuss further details.
Rent-A-Birth Ball
$15/per quarter

These inflatable balls offer a range of benefits, from relieving discomfort to promoting better positioning for your baby during labor.
By renting a birth ball from me, you'll have the flexibility to use this valuable tool without the commitment of purchasing one outright. We'll provide you with a clean and well-maintained ball for the duration of your rental period, ensuring you can focus on your pregnancy and birthing experience without any added stress. Plus, my rental process is simple and convenient, allowing you to easily access the support you need when you need it most.
With my birth ball rental service, you can feel confident knowing you have a reliable resource to enhance your comfort and well-being throughout your pregnancy journey and labor process.
